Squarerigger Software welcomes Joe Alexander our new East Coast account representative.

Mr. Alexander was certified as an ASE technician in 1971 and worked as a line mechanic through most of the seventies. Later, as Fleet Operations Manager for a large dealership in the Midwest he oversaw their rental fleet of 100 plus vehicles. In 1998 he accepted a position to lead the IT department for a large dealer group and built a sales staff for internet sales. Toward the end of 2003 Mr. Alexander took a position as fleet manager for a transportation company with 400 pieces of equipment. We are very proud to have him on our team. The Squarerigger National User Conference was held at the Sonoma Doubletree Hotel, June 6-8, 2007, in the famous wine country of California. Once again we combined our users group conference with the Fleet News Management Conference and the FCS Fleet Certification Users Group. It was a total success. Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK recently went live. They are using just about all SQ.7 has to offer. This is the biggest school customer of Squarerigger's and we are proud of both the OSU and Squarerigger staff for their dedication to bring this very complex project to fruition. Withlacoochee River Energy Coop (WREC) went live in September 2006. WREC is the single largest electric cooperative in the world, with more than 1000 vehicles in its fleet. Read the press release we recently received from them.
