Both the Vehicle Inspections and Drive Ready applications allow users to enter work requests ( i.e. AC not working) directly into SQ.7 from their smart phone, tablet or laptop. Work requests display in SQ.7's Work Pending allowing for review before posting to a Work Order.

Mobile inspection is a suite of inspection forms encompassing a wide variety of equipment types. Simply choose the form that applies and follow the steps down the list checking off what has been inspected and recording what needs attention. Inspection forms can be printed or stored electronically so that they're available when and where you need them.

With Drive Ready you'll always know which units are ready to go, which aren't, and why. Keep track of your equipment in your yard or shop. Mark them Ready or Not Ready. Indicate when equipment will be ready (dispatchers love this). Red-tag units, and even enter work requests that feed directly into SQ.7's Work Pending.

Driver Unit Update

Unit updates direct from your drivers.

Is it damaged? Is it clean? Does it need maintenance? You don't have to wonder anymore because Driver Unit Update gets you all this with pictures to show the issues or even just to show the current state of affairs. Your drivers can even enter work requests on the fly which pop up in your work pending menu in SQ.7.

Accident Report lets you record everything you need to know about an accident from a cell phone or tablet. Take insurance information, details on other vehicles involved, pictures of the accident, even record statements from witnesses and police on the scene.
